Super Bowl 2012 – Let the games begin!

Celebrities and sports fans alike were out in spades yesterday to join in the party at one of the U.S.A’s biggest sports events of the year.

The NFL Super Bowl 2012 saw The New York Giants go head to head with The New England Patriots with a medley of familiar faces  to cheer on the opposing teams and witness her Madgesty, (and some very special guests) perform at the legendary ‘half-time slot’.

In the run up to the Super Bowl Madonna promised that she would ‘put on the greatest show on Earth during the greatest show on Earth’ and by the looks of the press footage that have been released this morning the Queen of Pop most definitely kept her promise.

Joined by guest performers; Nikki Minaj, M.I.A, Cee Lo Green and LMFAO, Madonna performed the entire show in a selection of stunning Givenchy Couture outfits that were  as show stopping as the performance itself.

Reports have said that Madonna stunned on lookers with an stage set-up of epic proportions which included classic hits such as Vogue, Like a Prayer and Music.

At 53 the  iconic performer showed her peers that she is still a force to be reckoned with.
